Current fuel scarcity is an act of sabotage, says NLC

The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC has condemned the prevailing scarcity of petroleum products across the country.

The union says it considers this scarcity as an act of cruelty and sabotage from which a few privileged are benefiting.
It believes the current situation is an insult to the collective pride of Nigerians as the country ought not to be operating at what it called a philistine and pristine level.

The NLC reiterated that Nigeria has no business importing petroleum products after 60 years of discovering in commercial quantity, crude oil on its shores.
