Emre Can, Thomas Muller and Mesut Ozil have returned to their clubs due to minor injury concerns, with the absence of the latter pairing forcing at least two changes.
Joachim Low will rotate his squad following the 1-1 draw with Spain and has confirmed Marvin Plattenhardt and Ilkay Gündogan will play.
A slight knee problem will keep Marc-André ter Stegen sidelined and Low has confirmed Kevin Trapp and Bernd Leno will play 45 minutes each.
Sami Khedira will captain the side if he makes the starting XI, otherwise Jérôme Boateng will lead out the national team.
Timo Werner was relatively anonymous on Friday night, so Lars Stindl, Sandro Wagner and Mario Gomez may be in competition to lead the line.
Reports in Brazil suggest that Tite is unlikely to make as many changes as the hosts on Tuesday, though he may try to solidify the midfield.
Fernandinho and Renato Augusto are in competition to replace Douglas Costa in a move that would push Philippe Coutinho up into a front three.
At either end Alisson and Gabriel Jesus are tipped to keep their places, though Ederson and Roberto Firmino are putting pressure on their respective spots, while Marquinhos could replace clubmate Thiago Silva at the back.
Prediction
Germany 1-1 Brazil

England vs Italy

Gareth Southgate will make changes to the side that beat the Netherlands 1-0 on Friday.
Jack Butland is expected to replace Jordan Pickford in goal, while Eric Dier, Jamie Vardy, Dele Alli and Ashley Young are also set to come into the starting XI.
Ryan Bertrand, Joe Gomez and Jack Wilshere have all withdrawn from the squad leaving Southgate with 24 players to pick from on Tuesday.
Harry Maguire has been dealing with a slight knock but will be fine to feature if called upon.
Interim head coach Luigi Di Biagio is expected to make changes to the side that lost to Argentina on Friday and could revert to a back three to mirror England's formation.
Leonardo Spinazzola, Andrea Belotti, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Lorenzo Pellegrini and Mattia De Sciglio will all push to start for the Azzurri.
Prediction
England 1-1 Italy

Spain vs Argentina

Date:Tue, 27-Mar-18
Probable Lineups

Sergio Ramos and Thiago Alcantara were both fit enough to start against Germany last Friday but could be rested having entered the break with minor injury concerns.
David Silva has been allowed to leave the squad due to personal reasons and will not be involved for the visit of Argentina.
Among those hoping to come into the starting XI are Nacho, Rodri, Saul, Marco Asensio and Diego Costa.
However, Rodrigo Moreno is emerging as a real contender to lead the line for Spain at the World Cup after another goal against Germany.
Gabriel Mercado may return to his usual starting berth at right-back in place of youngster Fabricio Bustos, who made his debut against Italy.
There are conflicting reports as to whether Lionel Messi will be involved having missed out due to injury last Friday but he trained over the weekend and should be in contention.
Sergio Aguero has failed to recover from a knee injury in time, meaning Gonzalo Higuain will start against Spain.
Manuel Lanzini has joined Aguero in withdrawing from the squad, which should pave the way for Ever Banega to return to the XI.
