Bayelsa State Governor, Seriake Dickson said the Peoples Democratic
Party should strategise and elect a national chairman that will work for
the victory of the party in the 2019 Presidential Election.
He gave the charge when Raymond Dokpesi, one of the contenders for the
chairmanship position visited him in Yenagoa to seek his support and
that of Bayelsa State delegates.
Ovieteme George reports that the media mogul came to the PDP
Secretariat with members of his campaign organisation led by Director
General Mohammed Baba Kachalla.
The front line contender for the PDP Chairmanship position got a warm
reception from the Bayelsa state governor and again, pledges to lead
the party to victory in the 2019 Presidential elections.

Visiting the South-South states of Delta, Edo, Rivers and Bayelsa,
Dokpesi’s support base seems to be growing by the day, but the December
the 9th Elective Convention will be the deciding factor.
